Millman Street members featured in J Farraukh Music Video

J Farrukh was invited to Millman Street to perform and film her self penned tune ‘I am love’ – a tribute to her mum which she lost this year.  Millman’s Street’s drama group was a perfect space to film a music video for the established singer, featuring our members in action too. Each week members of the group meet in a supportive and welcoming space to explore singing, dancing and emotional expression for the over 55’s.  The group improves memory, cognitive awareness and emotional well being.
With thanks to the brilliant acting by members of our Drama Group David Sexton, Norman Divalli, Joyce Hindess, Tessa Brewer, Pat Wilson and Thelma Strong.
Our Drama Group meets every Tuesday afternoon from 1 pm to 2.45 pm, led by tutor Gary from WEA.
