We have 2 venues available for hire at HCA – Holborn Community Centre and Millman Street Community Centre. They are located in WC1 near Holborn/Chancery Lane/Farringdon stations.

Holborn House Community Centre offers three spaces of different sizes suitable for sporting activity, team away days, workshops or short term office rental for small teams. Holborn House has been designed by Stirling prize-nominated 6a architects and featured in Architectural Journal’s ‘top 10’ must-see buildings in London for Open House 2021.
Emerald Hall
Our main hall offering ample space for a range of sports, physical activities.
- 124 sq.m floor space/5m high ceiling
- Rooflights across the entirety of space
- Fully accessible with lift access
- Adjacent changing rooms with showers/lockers
- Wheelchair accessible changing spaces
- Sprung floor ideal for dance, gymnastics, martial arts
Events
The Emerald Hall is also available for events (some weekday availability / Sunday)
- Use of tables/chairs, kitchen off hall with serving hatch
- Wi-fi and intercom access to street entrance to manage entry
- Lift access/baby changing facilities
Meeting Rooms and Workshop Space
We have two high spec spaces available upstairs at Holborn House. Both have wi-fi and intercom access to the street entrance to manage entry. We are fully accessible with disabled access/lift access. Tea and coffee amenties are also available. Refreshments are available by arrangement (additional cost). Both rooms have flexible spaces with natural daylight from our window/window wall.
