Regeneration Vloggers get ‘Satisfying and Smashy’

Regeneration Vloggers get ‘Satisfying and Smashy’

Our ReGeneration Vloggers helped with the clear out of Bedford House this month, by breaking things! The group of young pople decided that since we had so much old kit waiting to be thrown away we could have some fun and create some slow mo videos of us ‘helping’ with the clear out. We also found a fun use for the old gym mats…

Check out this months video to see how we got on:

HCA is undertaking an ambitious capital redevelopment of our 60-year-old Bedford House Centre.  The project specifically addresses Bedford House’s inability to meet the changing and growing demand of the local community. Currently, the building is in a significant state of disrepair and is inaccessible for older people and those with physical disabilities. The redevelopment will be taking place from now until the next year 2020.

The #regenvlog group will meet monthly to tell the story of the redevelopment using our digital media skills, storytelling and create first-hand interviews with staff, local people and the team behind the build.

Next month we’ll be interviewing some familiar faces to get their memories of Bedford House – if you’d like to take part let us know at  We will be filming in the evening of Tuesday 23rd July.

You can also follow our story on our Instagram @ReGenerationvloggers and on our YouTube channel.
