Move Together for girls aged 11-16 with Nuffield Health

Move Together offers a safe and friendly space for girls aged 11-16 to get moving.

These free fitness classes are run by female Nuffield Health instructors at Holborn House. Good for both body and mind, the specially designed classes will help build strength and confidence. It’s also the perfect opportunity to have fun and meet new people in a safe and welcoming space.
