Our activities programme for older people stimulates older people socially, cognitively and physically to improve their emotional and physical well-being. Most important of all though is that it’s fun!
Volunteers are key to making our activities programme a success. If you have a skill or interest that you’d like to share we’d love to hear from you – currently volunteers run singing, creative writing, computing and drama activities. You don’t have to be an expert. A warm and open approach is the most important thing and you can learn new skills alongside older people.
