This week, Declan (Doorstep Help Coordinator) joined the Charity Tuesday Volunteer Fair hosted by London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Every Tuesday LSE host run a volunteer fair for charities to talk about their organisation and recruit volunteers.

Declan was there from 11am- 1.30pm, talking to a total of 14 students about the impact Holborn Community Association makes in the local community. Students expressed interest in the range of activities HCA offer, especially the positive impact this has on the community, such as, inclusivity with embracing diversity and having low cost/free sessions;  reduced isolation/loneliness in older people and helping to improve mental/physical well-being with movement sessions.
