Developing a compassionate attentiveness to how we are in the body, mind and heart is an effective way to soothe the nervous system and relax muscle tension. The class begins with gentle, breath-led movement before moving on to soothing restorative postures. Come with pillows, blankets, eye bags, or whatever props you can find around the house that will make you feel warm and comfortable.
This class is aimed at women of all ages and abilities, if you have any access needs please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
