Tai Chi classes take place every Friday between 2pm and 2.45 pm, using our spacious and well ventilated Emerald Hall, in our newly refurbished Holborn House. Led by Sam Ma, BSc(Hons) DipLAc LicAc MAcuSo MFHT.
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing
The benefits of tai chi may include:
- Decreased stress, anxiety and depression
- Improved mood
- Improved aerobic capacity
- Increased energy and stamina
- Improved flexibility, balance and agility
- Improved muscle strength and definition

For local residents this class is donation based/ free, pay what you can, if you can. For those outside the local area is is £5 to be paid via donation link below.
