Tai Chi Taster Session (18+)

Have you ever wanted to try Tai Chi? Join us for this free taster session and give it go.  Suitable for adult beginners 18+

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing

The benefits of Tai Chi may include:

  • Decreased stress, anxiety and depression
  • Improved mood
  • Improved aerobic capacity
  • Increased energy and stamina
  • Improved flexibility, balance and agility
  • Improved muscle strength and definition

We aim to be all inclusive and accessible for all. This session is held at Millman Street, press the buzzer that says community centre, head to the end of the corridor and turn left down the ramp.

The sessions are free however donations are greatly appreciated to help with running costs.
