Wrestling has long been on the back foot in the United Kingdom,
despite its low-cost of entry, physical and mental benefits, and
proven efficacy in other sports such as MMA.
We will be primarily focusing on Olympic Wrestling, i.e. Freestyle,
Greco-Roman and Women’s wrestling. We offer a range of classes aimed
at different levels, from beginners to advanced.
