The carers art group is a free weekly creative group specifically for carers aged 18+.
The group provides carers with a creative and supportive space, somewhere where they can embrace some much needed respite and get in touch with their creativity. The sessions are open to all carers and no experience with art is required. Great for beginners, we will help you get started and find a form of creativity that suits and inspires you. You’ll learn new skills and more about art and self expression in a friendly and welcoming environment. From painting to drawing and collage, plus everything in between, there will be no pressure, just gentle encouragement and the freedom to experiment and have fun
