Meet Declan – HCA’s Doorstep Help Coordinator and Katrina – Coram’s Fields’ Community Engagement & Outreach Coordinator. They’ve been working together to help the local community.

Part of Katrina’s role is to offer advice on how to save money on energy bills and offer support.

Vince is one of our Doorstep Help clients who had been worried about how much his energy and water bills were costing him.  He is disabled and is confined to his bed. Declan and Katrina arranged a home visit with him and his partner.  After an initial chat, Katrina was able to contact their water supplier and it was established that he was able to get a discount towards his water bill.
