Last Friday Betty, the star of our Community Response Appeal video had a visit from Keir Starmer outside her home.

The visit was part of a morning spent accompanying staff member Naomi on her ‘rounds’ to see the Doorstep Help programme in action.

Starmer shared “Covid is a real threat to us all but so is loneliness and isolation. For the most vulnerable this is life-threatening”.
