One of our staff members at HCA got a special invitation to visit No. 10 Downing Street!

Many of you will know Mohima as a familiar face at HCA on Front of House and now our Operations Coordinator. She was recently nominated by two of Camden Council’s Councillors; Julian Fulbrook and Awale Olad to attend a reception to celebrate Eid at 10 Downing Street with the Prime Minister – Sir Keir Starmer and the Mayor of London, Sir Sadiq Khan. The reception was on Monday 23rd March from 6.45-8.15pm.

She arrived on time to get checked into the reception. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated. There were young children singing, drinks and canapes were served, both the Prime Minister and the Mayor gave a speech and attendees were encouraged to network and mingle. She discovered that 10 Downing Street also has it’s very own cat called Larry!

Mohima told us:

“I felt privilidged to be invited. It was a great experience. It was great to meet Larry the cat.”

Fun fact: 10 Downing Street, does not have a door handle on the outside, you must be let in from the inside!
