We’ve had the pleasure of hosting dance sessions by the amazing Akademi South Asian Dance tutors at our Millman Street Community Centre for our over 55 attendees. This helps to keep them active, fit and motivated also reducing social isolation among other things. Maria and Jennifer spoke to us about their experience attending the sessions.
