Starting on Tuesday 21 September through to 14th December (no class in half term)
Teacher: Shirley Jacobs
Beginners yoga class for women aged 55 + with physio/yoga posture to improve fitness and stability safely. Slow pace with explanation of postures – good for people new to yoga or fitness/people working with injuries.
