Tai Chi

As well as active minds we continue to promote healthy bodies with our Tai Chi classes on Thursday afternoons from 3pm to 4pm. Participation in Tai Chi has been shown to relieve stress, improve strength while adding to your sense of well-being. These free classes are suitable for all those who are interested in Tai Chi.
