Summer Film Project
Calling 14-18 year olds to join us on our 5th annual Summer Film Project where you will learn from professional filmmakers to produce a short film inspired by our partner this year, Somerset House.
Taking place over 6 Saturday’s leading up to the summer holidays, and two intensive shoot and edit weeks, you will participate in workshops and exhibition trips run by Somerset House to inspire your film idea, and work with filmmakers at Holborn Community Association to develop all the digital and creative skills you need to collaboratively plan, shoot and edit your film ready for the big screen.
Not only will you experience all the key roles required on a professional film shoot, you will produce a behind-the-scenes film, design marketing material, create a blog and curate a photography exhibition. You will also have the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised arts qualification, by working towards your Bronze or Silver Arts Award.
