ReGeneration Vloggers

Join the ReGeneration Vloggers, a group of young people aged 13-18 who are telling the story of our redevelopment of Bedford House.

What is is?

We want to bring a group together to create a team which works on Vlogging and content creation to tell the story of the redevelopment of our Bedford House Community Centre.

The group is a progression from Media Arts Club and Summer Film Project, a place where you can put your digital skills to use, learn how to apply them in a real world setting, and work to a professional creative brief. Participants will take on roles such as producer, camera operator and editor to work in a professional format to create content which will go out on your own dedicated YouTube and Instagram platform.

Time commitment: The group will formally meet monthly for two hours on the last Tuesday of each month starting 6pm – 8pm, the project is due to finish in June 2020, however we ask that participants commit to 3 months initially, but are welcome to stay for the full project.

Participants will need to communicate between meetings to arrange shoot times, and times to come in and use the edit suit to create content, so dedicated time will vary each month depending on the content that needs to be created.

Why should I get involved?
Professional support: We’ve partnered with Rocking Horse productions, who will be providing monthly guest mentors and support from professionals working in the digital industries.

Work experience opportunities: Perspective Pictures – will offer informal work placements to people taking part in the project.

If you are interested in getting involved in the project, or would like more information please email us, or give us a call on 0207 405 2730 (option 3).
