Sunrise Flow Yoga (60 mins)
Come down and wake up the body and mind with a gentle vinyasa flow class. We will spend time finding space in the body, having a good stretch, working with the breath to centre ourselves and get ready for the day. Open to all levels from complete beginners to experienced yogis, people who can’t touch their toes or any restrictions are very welcome! Expect sleepy starts, a fun flow and some time to settle.

Matt is a Vinyasa Yoga teacher who specialises in working with people starting their practice, and in particular, helping people transition from a beginners mindset to building a sustainable practice for their circumstances. Building in more than movement practice and using the full suite of Yoga offerings within teachings. Matt started yoga in their mid-20s and is coming up to a decade of practice, first coming to find yoga via meditation. The embodied asana work got him hooked and the philosophy stimulated lifestyle changes in a number of ways. The past decade has been transformational inside and out, and Matt loves sharing Yoga with others.
