Patterns in Poetry: art/science workshop

The Francis Crick Institute is home to 1,300 research scientists who are improving our understanding of human health and disease. Inspired by the new exhibition in the Crick’s Gallery (called Deconstructing Patterns), poet Aoife Mannix, artist Tom Cross and scientists from the Crick will be coming to Millman Street to run a special poetry workshop to explore the amazing mix of patterns studied at the Crick.

You’ll be able to explore science through poetry, experiment with words and create colourful poems. Discover the patterns we find in the world around us, and play with words, shapes and science. And our Crick researchers will be on hand for questions about the beautiful patterns they find in their research.

The session is free and all over 55's are welcome to come along and join in the session.
