Mindfulness & Exercise With Julia

During mindfulness session you will be guided into the quiet practice of awareness and stillness, we will work with observing our breath, calming our thoughts, increasing focus and sense of wellbeing. 
 
Class starts with deep breathing as the teacher guides you into the breath observation, awareness and focus on different parts of your body. We will cultivate feelings of kindness and peace.
After the session you will feel more calm, refreshed and focused. 

When: Every Wednesday morning 10.45 - 11.30
