Led by Shirley our Monday Chair based yoga session lets you stay active and take part with others.  The activity is delivered at a pace suited to you and we make sure to adapt any exercises to meet your needs.

Participating in Yoga has been shown to relieve stress, improve strength and to improve emotional well-being. These classes are suitable for all over 55's who are interested in Yoga and feeling better within oneself.
