Bedford House Ballet School.
Ballet classes for boys and girls from 4 to 14 years old. Creative expression, musicality, choreography and performing skills are explored alongside ballet technique.

Classes take place after school on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the children are grouped into classes of similar age and ability.
About Anna the teacher
“My training is in the Legat and Russian Vaganova style . I have performed all over the world in ballet and character companies as soloist and principal dancer . I have run the classes at Bedford House Community Centre for 18 years. The children often have an input into the choreography and help to make props and masks for our shows. I have a love of character dancing which the children respond especially well to. We even include a bit of flamenco and Argentinean tango!”

Facilties upgrade
Over the next 18 months we are seeking to significantly improve facilities at Bedford House Community Centre and this includes:
- improving changing facilities
- installing new mirrors and bars for ballet in the gym
- renovating the reception to make it a more comfortable waiting area.
Our Phase 1 Bedford House Community Centre improvements fundraising target is £25,000. Any contribution, however small, really will make an enormous difference. Thank you!
